Oh my God says booking clerk to work mate
I just had a lady on the phone for 5 min asking me why our system does not pickup on times for flights if she puts the flight number into the booking system for car hire.
She didn’t understand why she should have to put the times in manually. Does anyone really think that the airline systems marry up with car rental system, I know we are good but not that good. But we will certainly mention it to the IT department to see if they can do a deal with Qantas, Virgin etc.
