Woke up late this morning around 6am and went ashore to go for a walk up to Tipplers Resort for a newspaper and some exercise. I left John at the Dux club house to have a chat with the caretaker while I went for another walk. Back to the boat for some breakfast then up anchor to head north. Arrived at Blakesley Anchorage around 12.45pm. We have not anchored here before but there is plenty of room and plenty of water. Took the dinghy for a bit of a spin to explore a sunken yacht and the shore line of north Stradie. It is a beautiful day, 28 degrees and 10-15 knot winds. A fairly easy day, the boat went well today except for a blown fuse in the inverter this morning – cause unknown. Thankfully we have plenty of replacements.
